    Section 1: About Our Factory & Cooperation

    Q1: Are you a real manufacturer of stepper motors?
    A: Yes, we are a professional factory specialized in 2/4 phase stepper motors and matching drivers (NEMA23/NEMA34/NEMA42 / 57/86/110 series). We own full production workshops including rotor saturation magnetization, winding, shaft runout testing and aging test. No middleman markup, stable mass supply for textile machinery, woodworking and stone cutting equipment manufacturers.
     
    Q2: Can I get test samples before bulk order?
    A: Sure, we provide charged samples for performance testing. The sample cost will be fully deducted from your formal bulk order. Neutral blank packing without our logo is available for your test.
     
    Q3: Can we become your exclusive regional agent or distributor?
    A: We warmly welcome global machinery OEM factories and local equipment distributors. We support regional price protection, free product catalogs, test samples and full technical documents to help you develop textile, knitting and engraving machine clients.
     
    Q4: Do you support OEM & ODM customization?
    A: Yes, our internal R&D team supports full customization services: custom nameplate, cable length, brake motor, photoelectric/magnetic encoder, special winding parameters, private logo and neutral packaging for your brand.
     
    Section 2: Product & Technical Questions (Core for Machinery Engineers)
     
    Q1: How to choose the correct stepper motor model for my machine?
    A: Please provide us these key information: working RPM speed, actual load weight, DC voltage of your driver, open-loop or closed-loop demand, and your industry (textile spinning machine / wood engraving machine / stone cutting machine). We will offer real torque-speed curve for reference, to avoid insufficient high-speed torque and lost steps.
     
    Q2: What’s the difference between holding torque and detent torque?
    A: Holding torque is the maximum lock force when the motor is powered on and static, which is the rated value marked on the motor nameplate for stationary positioning. Detent torque is tiny passive magnetic resistance only when the motor power is cut off, it cannot support heavy vertical load, so vertical Z-axis needs brake motor.
     
    Q3: Why do many cheap stepper motors vibrate, make loud noise or lose torque quickly?
    A: Most low-cost motors adopt under-magnetized rotors and unqualified winding. Their torque drops sharply at medium & high speed, with uneven magnetic force causing severe vibration. Our motors adopt separate rotor saturation magnetization technology, uniform magnetic field, smooth torque-speed curve, low vibration and low temperature rise even under 24-hour continuous operation.
     
    Q4: Can your stepper motors work with other brands of drivers like Leadshine, JMC, Yako?
    A: All our stepper motors adopt standard industry electrical parameters, fully compatible with all mainstream pulse and bus drivers. Customers do not need to replace existing control systems, they can directly swap old motors for upgrade.
     
    Q5: Our textile workshop has lots of fiber dust, which encoder should we choose?
    A: We recommend differential photoelectric closed-loop encoder for textile spinning & chenille machines. Magnetic encoders are easy to accumulate cotton fiber and trigger driver alarm, while photoelectric encoders are dust-proof and anti-vibration for long-time continuous production.
     
    Q6: Which stepper motors fit textile machinery like chenille spinning machines?
    A: Our NEMA23 (57 series) stepper motors are the best match for high-speed chenille machines, winding machines and twisting machines, featuring low vibration to prevent yarn breakage. For heavy knitting jacquard machines, we recommend 86 series closed-loop stepper motors with sufficient torque reserve.
     
    Q7: Which one has longer service life, stepper motor or driver?
    A: The service life of stepper motors is much longer than drivers. Our saturated magnetization motors only wear bearings and will not demagnetize easily, which can run 6–9 years under 24h textile workshop operation. Drivers contain electrolytic capacitors that age rapidly under high temperature and dust, normally they need replacement after 3–5 years.
     
    Section 3: Order, Packaging & Shipping
     
    Q1: What’s your production lead time?
    A: Standard stock models: 3–7 working days. OEM & ODM customized orders: 12–18 working days based on order quantity.
     
    Q2: What shipping methods can you offer?
    A: We support sea freight, air freight and international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We also accept customer-appointed forwarders as your demand. All goods are packed with shockproof cartons to avoid damage during long-distance transport.
     
    Q3: What payment terms do you accept?
    A: We support T/T, L/C, Western Union and Trade Assurance for long-term cooperation clients.
     
    Section 4: After-sales, Warranty & Troubleshooting

    Q1: How long is your warranty period?
    A: We provide 12 months global warranty for all stepper motors and drivers counting from shipment date. Any quality failure under normal working conditions will be solved with free replacement parts.
     
    Q2: What common problems will happen during motor operation, and how do your motors solve them?
    Lost steps & unstable positioning: Our smooth torque-speed curve reserves enough dynamic torque; photoelectric closed-loop design compensates position deviation instantly.
    Overheating & torque attenuation after long working: Saturated magnetization rotor and pure copper winding effectively reduce temperature rise and permanent demagnetization.
    Driver encoder alarm: Strictly controlled shaft runout ≤0.02mm, photoelectric encoder avoids fiber dust interference.
    Severe vibration & loud noise: Uniform magnetic field from saturated magnetization, low shaft runout ensures smooth operation.
     
    Q3: Do you provide technical support after purchase?
    A: Yes, we supply full technical documents including torque-speed curve, wiring diagram and parameter setting guide. Our engineering team offers online video support to solve matching and debugging problems for your machines.
     
    Q4: What if the vertical Z-axis slides down after power off?
    A: Detent torque is too weak to hold heavy load. We supply full series brake stepper motors (57/86/110/130) to lock the shaft tightly once power cuts off and prevent sliding.
