The NEMA 23 (57mm) fixed through shaft type hybrid stepper motor is a high-torque captive linear actuator with a built-in anti-rotation spline mechanism integrated into the motor housing. This design allows the lead screw to extend and retract linearly without rotating, eliminating the need for external guide rails or anti-rotation devices. The nut rotates with the rotor, while the spline converts rotary motion into pure linear push/pull action, delivering high thrust in a compact package. With recommended stroke lengths under 50mm, this actuator is ideal for industrial automation (clamping, pushing, lifting), CNC tool positioning, packaging machinery, and precision assembly systems where high force and short-stroke precision are required.
